Returns / exchanges:

Your product is damaged or defective:

All GZBirdSupply.Com products are shipped in original factory packaging. Every order is checked for quality prior to shipment. If your product is unsatisfactory we want to correct it. Please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your order to start the exchange or return process.

You receive the wrong product:

Please contact us immediately at (602) 308-211 or returns@GZBirdSupply.Com Upon receipt of your information we will issue the required return shipping labels and send you the correct product.
