Butterfly Houses
These butterfly houses are designed to attract beautiful butterflies to your garden. Some have glass sides that allow you to observe them inside the house. Others are designed to attract them so that you may see them migrating around the houses. Butterflies are insects which have an unusual life cycle going from
larvae to pupae to the spectacular metamorphosis stage where they then
become the beautiful winged creature we like to watch and enjoy.
Butterflies, like the Monarch, can migrate over long distances, however
due to their short life span, none make the entire trip.

Everyone loves seeing a butterfly flutter around the yard then land on a colorful flower and sip its nectar. The butterfly is also very significant in folklore and mythology for many cultures. In some Native American cultures a butterfly that lands on you will carry your prayers or wishes. Others believe butterflies bring dreams while they sleep.
